玩家能和最多三名朋友組隊，挑選百獸特攻隊的精英成員，化身人類最後的希望，奮勇對抗遠古霸者大軍。

此模式將採用WASD操作，玩家將會在全新地圖「終城」四處奔跑、橫掃敵軍、完成任務，並盡可能存活最久的時間。

隨著戰況推進，玩家將可解鎖並升級強大武器及新的百獸特攻隊成員，解鎖更多策略選擇，打敗一波又一波的敵軍。

玩家也可使用在對戰獲得的金錢購買升級，永久強化自己。購買升級後可獲得永久增益效果，讓隊伍在未來的對戰中取得優勢，玩家便能生存得更久。
