WASD 조작법으로 최후의 도시라는 새로운 맵을 돌아다니면서 종횡무진으로 적을 처치하며 임무를 완수하고 최대한 오래 생존해야 한다.

전투를 진행하면서 강력한 무기와 새로운 동물특공대 대원을 잠금 해제하고 강화해서 전략에 변화를 주고 침략하는 적군 무리를 물리치는 데 활용할 수 있다.

플레이어는 각 게임에서 얻은 골드로 강화를 구매해서 다음 게임으로 이월되는 효과를 영구적으로 얻을 수 있다. 강화는 팀이 이후 작전에서 누릴 수 있는 이점을 줌으로써 게임을 거듭할수록 진도를 더 많이 나갈 수 있게 한다.
