Duesseldorf/Germany, August 13, 2025 - astragon Entertainment reveals further details about this year’s gamescom. In addition to exciting hands-on opportunities with upcoming simulation highlights, visitors can look forward to meeting popular content creators and experiencing a real fire truck at the entertainment booth in Hall 6.
For the first time, Seafarer: The Ship Sim will be publicly playable ahead of its Early Access launch on October 7. The new firefighter simulation Firefighting Simulator: Ignite is set to release on September 9. Visitors at gamescom will have the exclusive chance to get a first look at both titles before their official release.
On stage, well-known content creators will offer exciting insights into astragon Entertainment’s simulation games. A varied program featuring different games and activities promises plenty of entertainment and fun.

Between the shows, English-speaking simulation streamer GametechUK will regularly stream various astragon titles. On Wednesday, August 20 at 18:00, GametechUK will present the Firefighting Simulator: Ignite Showcase together with developers from weltenbauer.
On Thursday, August 21 at 19:00, the official Showcase of Seafarer: The Ship Sim will follow, featuring GametechUK and developers from astragon Development.
Another highlight awaits visitors next to the stage: To celebrate the upcoming release of Firefighting Simulator: Ignite, a real fire truck will be on display at the booth.
At the Business Booth in Hall 4.2, press representatives, content creators, and industry partners will receive exclusive access to presentations and insights into astragon’s latest projects – including Firefighting Simulator: Ignite, Seafarer: The Ship Sim, and the recently announced Ranger’s Path: National Park Simulator.
