The viral vampiric title, which is also taking part in this week’s Zombies vs. Vampire Fest on Steam, is bloody, brutal, and beautifully stabby.

Developed by YouTuber Blargis, multiple Bloodthief devlogs have gone viral, having been viewed more than 4 million times. The game enjoys a passionate speedrunning community which has been enjoying the existing playable demo, available via Steam.

For Steam Next Fest, the Bloodthief demo will add more ways for budding vampires to sate their thirst for blood. The existing demo takes 1 hour to complete but up to 20 hours to 100%, with various levels, powerups, and enemy types to slash through, while the extended version introduces an entirely new level, a new weapon and the three secret artifacts required to unlock it.

The Bloodthief demo is available in English, French, German, Spanish, Portuguese (BR), Polish, Russian, Chinese (Simplified), and Japanese.

Bloodthief will be released in 2025 on PC via Steam.
