Indie game developer Mens Sana Interactive is thrilled to announce that Dolmenjord - Viking Islands will be launching on Xbox consoles on February 21st, 2025! This beloved logic and organization puzzle game, already enjoyed by players on other platforms is now making its way to Xbox, offering Viking-inspired strategy and charm to a whole new audience.
About Dolmenjord – Viking Islands
Dolmenjord - Viking Islands draws its inspiration from Norse mythology, putting players in charge of organizing Viking villages to conquer new lands. Guided by the protection of the god Njord, you’ll lead a fearless clan of seafaring Vikings seeking glory and riches.
Your mission is to organize each village by placing houses and walkway pieces in their correct positions, following these core rules:
- Place all the available houses and walkway pieces from the inventory.
- Ensure every house faces the walkway.
- Build a connected walkway that grants access to the port, unlocking the next level.
When the puzzle is completed, the mighty Njord activates the Dolmen, signifying the clan’s conquest of the island. From there, the Vikings set sail for new challenges!
The game begins with simple puzzles on the early islands, but the complexity increases as players progress. For those who prefer a more laid-back experience, the Casual Mode provides helpful tips by showing a suggested shape for the walkway.
