Barcelona, Spain - July 9, 2026 - Epictellers Entertainment today revealed at Tacticon new details about Starfinder: Afterlight, introducing Velkan Droth, a sadistic villain known across the Pact Worlds by a more sinister name: the Minister of Flesh. The party-based RPG is set to release in Early Access this year, with a public demo also planned. More details about the development can be found here.
Voiced by Christopher Tester (Total War: Warhammer III, Lego Marvel Super Heroes 2), the Minister of Flesh is an Azrinaran Elf from Apostae and the key antagonist across the game's first two acts. The charming and unpredictable villain works as a hired weapon for a powerful patron, luring players and their companions into his elaborate, sadistic games.
Broken by his traumatic past and driven by twisted religious beliefs, Velkan has one desire: to slaughter his targets in elaborate, artistic ways, guided by a voice only he can hear. But his fixation on one of your companions, Sterling, runs deeper than any other prey. Why does this Borai matter so much to Velkan?
