TOKYO – August 12, 2025 – NEXON Co., Ltd. (Nexon) (3659.TO), a global leader in online games, today announced that its consolidated subsidiary NEXON Games Co., Ltd. (NEXON Games) unveiled Woochi the Wayfarer, a new AAA single-player action-adventure title currently under development, with the first teaser trailer.
Woochi the Wayfarer is an action-adventure that depicts the fictional adventures of Dosa (The Mage of the Way), Jeon Woochi, living under Korea’s Joseon era. Developed on Unreal Engine 5, the game brings the Joseon fantasy world to life with vivid graphics and an original story inspired by the classic Korean novel The Tale of Jeon Woochi.
The game is slated for a global release on PC and consoles (Steam, PlayStation®, and Xbox), on a schedule to be announced at a later date.
