Swansea (01/09/25) – The action platformer, JETRUNNER releases September 4th, 2025 on Steam and Epic store pages. To celebrate, we have teamed up with Speedrun.com to host a launch competition where participants have the opportunity to claim from the $2000 prize pool.
The event will begin on launch day and starts September 4, 2025 @ 4:00 PM UTC / 12:00 PM ET. The event concludes on September 11, 2025 @ 11:59 PM UTC / 7:59 PM ET.
Participants are challenged to complete the campaign as fast as possible and then take on the Marathon Mode.
The fastest Marathon runners will earn a share of the $2,000 prize pool - but every verified challenger still walks away with digital rewards just for participating! Any runs completed purely in the Campaign Mode will NOT be eligible for entry into the Prize Pool, however, they can still receive the participation rewards.
All qualifying runs must be submitted through the official Challenge leaderboard on Speedrun.com. Prize-eligible runs must be livestreamed as part of the submission process.
Prize Pool - $2,000
1st Place - $800
2nd Place - $500
3rd Place - $350
4th Place - $200
5th Place - $150
Note: Prizes may be subject to tax withholding depending on the winner’s country of residence.
All runners who submit a valid run - regardless of placement - will receive:
• 1 Month of Speedrun.com Supporter
• The “JETRUNNER” Title for your profile
Supporter unlocks site-wide benefits and helps sustain the platform. Titles are exclusive flair only obtainable through official Challenges - once the challenge ends, they’re gone for good.
This challenge is open to players aged 18+ worldwide, excluding a small number of restricted regions (North Korea, Syria, Sudan, Cuba, and Venezuela).
If you’re from one of these regions or under 18, you’re still encouraged to participate and earn digital rewards - though you won’t be eligible for prize winnings.
