Where to Stay for MIGS25 MIGS25 will welcome more international attendees than ever this November. As of September 11, 2025, Montréal has limited most short-term rentals like Airbnb to the summer season (June 10 – September 10). Outside those dates, many residential-area listings are not allowed under the new rules. (click here for a recent City Montréal article).
