Warhammer 40,000: Boltgun 2 revealed at the Warhammer Skulls Showcase!

Bristol – May 22, 2025 – Auroch Digital and Big Fan, a Devolver Digital publishing label, are excited to announce the highly anticipated sequel to retro FPS Warhammer 40,000: Boltgun is officially in the works!
Scheduled for release in 2026, this action-packed sequel heralds the return of legendary Space Marine Malum Caedo as he rids the stars of heretics, travelling to never-before seen locations in the Warhammer 40,000 Universe.

No enemy of the Emperor escapes unpunished, wherever they’re hiding!

Warhammer 40,000: Boltgun 2 thrusts players back into the gritty, grimdark world of Warhammer 40,000, where humanity faces unending war against the alien, the mutant and the heretic.

Dominate the battlefield with an arsenal of formidable weapons and even deadlier abilities in an adrenaline pumping shootout inspired by the best retro first-person shooters of the ‘90s.

Battle fan-favourite foes like the sassy Nurglings and Chaos Cultists, as well as all new enemies. The ferocious Bloodletters and their blood-thirsty Juggernauts are just two of the newest enemies Malum will face in Warhammer 40,000: Boltgun 2 and we have more exciting news on the way!

Warhammer 40,000: Boltgun 2 will be available on PC, PlayStation, 5, and Xbox Series X/S in 2026.
