ライアットゲームズとVALORANTは、VCT Masters: Bangkokのグランドファイナルにてプリズムの力を使いこなすタイ出身のエージェント「ウェイレイ」を公開しました。タイ出身のウェイレイは、光そのものへと姿を変えて戦場を駆け抜け、光の欠片を貫き標的を倒し、一瞬のうちに安全な場所へと舞い戻ります。ウェイレイのアビリティーは以下のとおりです。
リフラクト
床に光のビーコンを設置する。再発動すると純粋な光の粒子となり、ビーコンへ瞬時に移動する。移動中は無敵状態になる。
ライトスピード
構えを取り、高速移動の準備をする。「発射」で前方に2回ダッシュする。「オルト射撃」で1回ダッシュする。1回目のダッシュのみ上昇することができる。
サチュレート
光の塊を投げる。光の塊は地面に接触すると爆発して、付近のプレイヤーの移動速度と武器操作速度を大きく下げて妨害する。
コンバージェントパス
構えを取り、プリズムの力を集める。「発射」で自分の残像を作り出す。残像は光線を放つ。少し経つと自分の移動速度が大きく上昇して光線が拡大し、その範囲内のプレイヤーに行動妨害の効果を与える。
さらに、このActでは新たなコレクション「サイラックス」で、星々の生んだクリスタルにより命を吹き込まれたヴァンダル、ゴースト、ガーディアン、スティンガー、ファンブレイド（近接武器）のスキンが登場します。新たなバトルパスでは、戦略ベア フレックス、バイトシフト ゴースト、ナマケモノの戦略 バディー、ドゥームウィング ファントム、ハートレス カードなどのアイテムが登場します。
Season 2025 // Act IIは2025年3月6日に開幕し、「サイラックス」スキンは3月7日より入手可能になります。
