Fresh off the heels of TorchCon, the game’s first-ever offline community event, players can now dive into everything that was teased during the Season Preview. Outlaw represents a bold new direction for Torchlight: Infinite, embracing risk-versus-reward systems, pushing build diversity even further, and offering a faster, more exhilarating action-RPG experience from moment one.
Speaking at TorchCon, XD Games revealed that, since the start of 2025, Torchlight: Infinite players have created 3.26 million characters, entered the Netherrealm 888 million times, and slain over 360 billion monsters.

New Seasonal Mechanic: Carjack & Crime System
Hunt down Tower Co. transports, crack open encrypted supply caches, and fight off waves of reinforcements. Every heist increases your Crime Rating, unlocking access to Black Market Bounties, elite side objectives that offer huge payouts and deadly risks. Cash out your stolen Tower Coins in a high-stakes Central Vault raid, where every strongroom opened increases your alert level — and the chance of drawing out a boss fight you might not survive.
New Hero Trait: Rosa – Unsullied Blade
The game’s most elegant knight takes a deadly magical turn. Rosa’s new trait introduces a Mana-scaling melee build that fuses single-target damage and AoE clearing through the Realm of Mercury mechanic. One of the most experimental and flexible hero traits ever released.
Focus Skills System Overhaul
The Imbue system has been completely redesigned into Focus Skills, a new archetype that charges powerful attacks based on conditions like movement, crits, or crowd control. Five unique Focus Skills are available now, each with its own high-impact identity and playstyle.
Tower Sequence Crafting
This new crafting system allows players to create modular power cores on non-legendary weapons and shields, mimicking legendary affixes or enabling all-new builds. With nearly 200 unique Sequences to discover, it’s the biggest addition to crafting since launch.
New Legendaries & Meta-Shifting Builds
From the tri-elemental chaos of Trinity, to the self-sacrificing power of Quantum Convergence for summon builds, to Spell Burst-focused gear like Solid River, this season’s new Legendaries are designed to anchor completely new playstyles.
Talent System Overhaul
The number of core talents has expanded, and players now have the freedom to choose up to five powerful core talents without being locked into primary/secondary categories. The result? Build freedom at an all-time high.
