August 25, 2026 | Panacea Interactive is pleased to announce that the Medimon demo is out now on Steam, giving players their first chance to step into Medicorum and capture, battle, and evolve creatures inspired by the human body, diseases, organs, cells, and other medical concepts.
Think monster collecting, but with a slightly more clinical pulse.
The demo includes the Prologue and Level 1 of Medimon. The Prologue introduces players to the story, world, and core mechanics, while Level 1 expands the adventure with more Medimon to discover, battles to take on, and areas to explore.
Players can expect approximately 30-60 minutes of gameplay or longer, depending on how much time they spend exploring, battling, and building their team.
You can also join the Official Medimon Discord server to participate in conversations about the demo and provide feedback.
What’s Included in the Demo
- The Prologue - Get introduced to medicorum, the story, and the basics of capturing and battling Medimon.
- Level 1 - Continue the adventure with more encounters, exploration, and medical-themed creatures.
- Eight Medifamilies - Discover Medimon from the Bone, Muscle, Fat, Skin, Mouth, Liver, Brain, and B-Cell families.
- Turn-based Battles - Assemble a team and put your Medimon to work against a variety of opponents.
- Capture and Evolve - Find new Medimon, add them to your collection, and see what they can become.
- A World Built Around Medicine - Cells, organs, diseases, and other medical concepts are transformed into creatures, abilities, locations, and encounters throughout the game.
Medimon blends the familiar fun of creature-collecting RPGs with a distinctly medical twist. Rather than exploring a standard fantasy world, players journey through a setting inspired by the body itself, where every encounter feels like it came straight out of a chart, scan, or diagnosis.
It turns out the immune system is a pretty good setting for an adventure.
The Medimon demo is now available on Steam.
