The developers have announced a major update that will expand the game’s accessibility, refine its gameplay, and introduce a brand-new warship, the fearsome Eradicator.

It is stressed however that the main purpose of these changes are to give the players more variety in viable options for their custom ship designs. While a full list of changes will be detailed in the patch notes, here’s a sneak peek:

• Major tweaks of health values of ships

• Increased fire rates for medium ships, making them a more viable option

• Tweaks to resource generation rates to improve pacing in mid-to-late-game scenarios.

• Increased loot-drop chances so that players can start customizing their fleet sooner

• Re-balancing of key units, including buffing underutilized ship classes and refining counter systems.

These changes are based on community feedback and extensive internal testing, aiming to enhance strategic depth and player satisfaction.

The highlight of the update is the introduction of the Eradicator, a brand-new siege-class ship designed to attack enemy space stations from afar. Featuring a high intensity constant beam weapon and a forward-facing shield, the Eradicator excels at taking down base defenses as well as production structures.

The Eradicator promises to add fresh strategic options for players looking to bolster their fleets.

This update is just the beginning of a series of planned enhancements for Stellar Warfare. The developers have hinted at further language support, gameplay features, and community-focused content in future updates.
