As we race toward the Closed Beta in May 2025, we’re pulling back the curtain on one of the pillars of our multiplayer design: the Team Matchmaking System, a flexible yet competitive environment where every match is an opportunity to prove your skill, unlock unique rewards, and push your crew to the top.

In Death Blonde, players can create or join teams, then enter matchmaking to face off against rival squads in two distinct competitive playlists:
- Team Deathmatch – Pure adrenaline. Outdrive, outgun, and outmaneuver the enemy in high-stakes shootouts.
- Team Objective – Tactical showdowns where victory demands coordination and strategic use of your team’s abilities.
Each playlist features a wide range of variant modes, offering unique objectives, modifiers, and arena layouts. From domination-style point captures to vehicular escort missions, no two matches feel alike.
Matchmaking Built for Balance
Our proprietary matchmaking algorithm intelligently pairs teams based on skill level, progression, and performance data to ensure balanced, fair fights that remain fast-paced and exciting. Once matched, players are thrown into the selected mode and just instant action.
Progression That Matters
Winning battles increases your Player Level, but that’s just the beginning. Every match, victory or loss, contributes to your journey:
- XP Rewards – Gain XP to progress and unlock customization options, emotes, avatars, and more.
- Lootboxes – Earned through victories and quest, they contain cosmetics, special cars models and unique items.
- Season Progression – Every match feeds into your Season Track, allowing players to climb through themed milestones with exclusive rewards.
In addition, Daily and Weekly Quests offer alternative paths to progress, giving players more freedom in how they engage with the game. Whether you log in for a quick hit of chaos or a long night with your squad, Death Blonde ensures every moment counts.
