AUSTIN, Texas — August 5, 2026
Corgee Inc. announced that the public demo for Angel Guardian is now available as part of Steam Cyberpunk Fest. Following recent coverage from GameDaily and Kotaku en Español, players can now experience the 90s anime-inspired sci-fi action game and its unique optional Twitch integration for the first time.
Inspired by classic 90s anime, Angel Guardian is a fast-paced sci-fi action platformer where players take on the role of Kita,a Guardian sent to rescue the young prince Eiji after a catastrophic attack leaves the space station Alterra in ruins.
The public demo features the game's opening chapters, introducing its blend of shooting, stealth, hacking, and fast-paced combat while showcasing one of its most distinctive systems: optional Twitch integration.
Players can experience the demo as a traditional single-player action game or enable Twitch Mode directly from the main menu. Once connected, viewers can influence the action in real time through simple chat commands, including:
- Spawning different enemy types
- Sending ammo for multiple weapons
- Activating Prince Eiji's special abilities
Every playthrough becomes a different experience as communities decide whether to help the player survive or create complete chaos.
The Angel Guardian demo is available free on Steam during Steam Cyberpunk Fest (August 3–10) and will remain available after the festival.
