Tokyo, Japan 26th May 2025 - Aniplex is pleased to share that Puella Magi Madoka Magica Magia Exedra is introducing a new event quest called “Puella Magi Madoka Magica: Scene 0 Part I” on Friday May 30th at 12.00. The game will also be adding a new pick up Fate Weave 5★Kioku [Hollow Woman] Mabayu Aki.

“Puella Magi Madoka Magica: Scene 0 Part I” will be a limited-time event divided into three parts: the first, middle and last. The event will be added to the main story at a later date.

“Puella Magi Madoka Magica: Scene 0 Part I” Story Synopsis
Mabayu Aki, a student at Mitakihara Middle School, sees time freezing for all but her.
Searching for the cause, she gets caught up in more mysterious happenings, leading her to a certain Magical Girl.

*This event will not be added to the event archives as it will be added to the main quest at a later date.
Event Participation Conditions: Clear the main quest "Puella Magi Madoka Magica" Main "The Fourth Window IntoMemory [Dessert Witch] BOSS" to unlock.
Collect event medals by clearing the event, and exchange them for the portrait "Granting Impossible Miracles", Magica Stones, and more. *The portrait "Granting Impossible Miracles" will also be added to the Archive Medal Exchange at a later date.

"Chaos Mode" Implemented in Main Quest!
The "Chaos" mode of the main quest will be implemented from 12:00 on Friday, May 30th. "Chaos" mode is an addition to the main quest, and is a high-difficulty quest where stronger enemies than those in "Nightmare" mode await.
What is "Chaos" mode?
Unlocking conditions: Clear the main quest "Puella Magi Oriko☆Magica" Nightmare "Window Into Memory [Needle Witch] BOSS"
The "Chaos" mode of the main quest will be implemented from 12:00 on Friday, May 30th. "Chaos" mode is an addition to the main quest, and is a high-difficulty quest where stronger enemies than those in "Nightmare" mode await.
What is "Chaos" mode?
- Unlike the normal main quest, it consists only of boss battles with witches and rumors
- Each witch and rumor has a set achievement condition called a "challenge mission", and by clearing the battle while meeting the condition, you will complete the "challenge mission"
- By clearing the challenge mission, you can also challenge quests that will be added in the future
- Each witch and rumor quest will earn a "title" as an honorary reward when you clear it for the first time
