Germany, Paderborn, December 2 2022 | The simulation specialist Aerosoft and the developer team from HR Innoways are opening the ski season in Winter Resort Simulator 2 by adding a completely new world to the game! The new DLC Riedstein also adds a thrilling new 3rd-person skier mode and many more features and is available for download on Steam at a price of €19.95.
Fun and lots of variety on the new map are provided by detailed ski slopes as well as a fun slope and the children's area (a separate ski school area). In addition to a classic 3-seater chairlift in nostalgic style, the Riedstein DLC also provides players with an 8-passenger Doppelmayr Uni G gondola lift with a mid station that fits perfectly into any environment thanks to a freely selectable bend angle and a dynamic adjustment of the building. The developers are also expanding the game with many new missions: On Riedstein, players take care of transports, snowmaking or piste preparation and also dedicate their attention to fun special tasks.
Another highlight of the DLC is snow melting: When the temperatures rise, all the snow in the game world can melt. Thus, players can also discover the new map in summer mode as well and finally prove themselves at the snow cannon to provide all winter sports enthusiasts what they came for: pure skiing fun in the most beautiful powder snow. Thanks to the new 3rd-person skiing mode in single and multiplayer, players can now even ski down the steep slopes themselves!

3rd person skier mode: With the exciting new skier mode, players can speed down the slopes and prove their sporting talent, even in multiplayer.
8-passenger gondola lift type with a mid station: The new Doppelmayr Uni G lift impresses with a well-functioning mid station. Thanks to the freely selectable bend angle in the mid station and the dynamic adjustment of the building, the ensemble nestles ideally into every ski area.
