The trailer gives a taste of the game on its highest difficulty, highlighting INAYAH's fluid weapon-switching, precision combat, and anime-inspired visuals. The development team at ExoGenesis has also released some comparison shots of the different difficulty levels —
- Easy: More platforms to clear or cross, fewer enemies and traps, and increased upgrade materials – but certain achievements are locked
- Normal (Recommended): A balanced experience designed as the standard way to enjoy the INAYAH experience.
- Hard: Fewer platforms but more enemies and traps, along with demanding pixel precision gameplay – for those seeking to show off their game mastery.

INAYAH will feature an exciting and gorgeous hand-drawn world to explore and navigate. Using the powers of her alien-tech multifunction gauntlet, Inayah will not only run, jump, and dash through the world but also come face-to-face and battle various creatures and bosses, transforming the Gauntlet into Blades, Fists, and a Flail, each with unique powers and combo moves. Players will customize their character through an RPG-style mechanic, with options to enhance their companion’s abilities, weapons, and gear.
