SKÖVDE, Sweden - June 8th, 2020: Satisfactory, the out of this world first-person factory building game by Coffee Stain Studios jettisons onto Steam Early Access today. Brought to you by the team behind Goat Simulator and Sanctum, Satisfactory encourages intrepid space to exploit and harvest the natural resources of a beautiful alien planet for FICSIT Inc, a megacorporation with unknown motivations, by constructing multi-storey factories. Create networks of conveyor belts, line up your pipes and become a pioneer of a new world in Satisfactory on Steam Early Access for $29.99/€29.99, supporting cross play with the Epic Games Store.
Satisfactory was revealed in 2018 and went into Early Access exclusively on the Epic Games Store last year. Combining construction, exploration and a dash of combat, players must keep improving their factories, researching new technologies and automating vehicles all while defending themselves against hostile alien lifeforms. Since its reveal Satisfactory has received a number of updates including the introduction of pipes, the single most requested feature by the Satisfactory community. Update 3 which launched in February 2020 saw a complete rebalance of the game, new methods of transportation and a new layer of complexity with the addition of fluids, all of which ensures production never stops.
