Reykjavik, Iceland, May 27, 2025 - Walk of Life, the upcoming satirical life sim from Porcelain Fortress, the team that brought you No Time to Relax, unveils its official Next Fest trailer today ahead of its appearance at Steam Next Fest in June when a demo of the game will also be playable, giving players a slice of life.
Following the initial reveal in November 2024, audiences can now get a first look at the mundane misery and comedic chaos that awaits in Walk of Life. Just as No Time to Relax captivated over 400,000 players with its wacky take on the game of life, Walk of Life will plunge players back into the relatable struggles of balancing healthcare, education, rent, and hygiene amidst life’s unpredictable curveballs.
The new trailer offers a glimpse at the challenges and absurd situations players can encounter while navigating their best - or worst - virtual lives. As well as showing off gameplay that captures the best elements of its predecessor, the trailer boasts new features including playable roles, global events, and quests.
Get ready for overpriced takeout, consuming way too much fried chicken, and the balancing act of trying to pay rent while trying to afford basic necessities!. If the mood strikes, maybe squeeze in a quick gym session or some calming yoga – it’s your life, after all, and the possibilities (within your limited budget) are endless!
Walk of Life will be playable for the first time at the upcoming Steam Next Fest in June, giving players the opportunity to get hands-on with the frantic life-juggling action before its official launch into Steam early access later this year.
