January 20, 2021 - Shanghai, China - Strategic RPG mobile, Arknights global server is bringing back the popular event with an intriguing music festival theme that was launched back in April, 2020, “Heart of Surging Flame”. This rerun requires less Sanity and the outfits from the first run of the event will be available again, along with some newly released outfits, plus three brand new Operators!

“Heart of Surging Flame” Rerun Details
This rerun event, similar in its gameplay compared to the previous one, starts off with Kal’tsit suggesting to the Doctor and Operators to take a short vacation in Siesta – a beach destination known primarily for a music event, The Obsidian Festival. Players are asked to choose between three music performers for the festival to get exclusive Furniture and background music to decorate the base with. Additionally, players can obtain a free 5-Star Medic Operator called Ceylon.
This time, the Sanity needed to grind for the Obsidian Festival Token has become less, as there will be some alterations of the rewards in the Capsule Machines. “Heart of Surging Flame” was the first music festival inspired event for Arknights which enriched the game’s story and enjoyed great success and positive feedback, so for those who missed it, this rerun is the time to capture all the fun!

New Operators Arrived
Along with the rerun, three highly anticipated Operators are available now. 6-Star Guard - Thorns, a frontline combat Operator who launches ranged attacks to his target, is powerful at dealing long-term damage over time. 5-Star Sniper - Andreana, a member of the Abyssal Hunters, who has a large attack range, specializing in attacking high-HP enemies and slowing their movement speed. 4-Star Specialist - Jaye, represents a completely new Specialist type. He has reduced Redeployment Time. While deployed, he consumes a certain amount of DP continuously. His talent increases his ATK when attacking Infected Creatures.
What’s in the Store
Coral Coast outfits from the previous “Heart of Surging Flame” event are back at the Store, along with the newly released outfits, including Waverider for Skadi, Shimmering Dew for Platinum, Casual Vacation for Provence, Silent Night for Shining, Temperature Difference for Skyfire, and Summer Flowers for Gummy. As for Furniture, “Siesta Beach Hut” with a vacation vibe and music themed “Rhodes Island Modern Music Rehearsal Room” are available again. The bonus Furniture of the three bands is also on sale at the same time.
