Titan1Studios is thrilled to announce a groundbreaking partnership with Dave Bautista and his production company, Dogbone Entertainment, to bring the highly anticipated Cat Assassin franchise to audiences worldwide. This collaboration will encompass a comprehensive multimedia rollout, including an animated series, publishing initiatives, and video games.
The Cat Assassin franchise originates from the creative mind of Steve Lerner, the acclaimed writer behind the award-winning video game STRAY, which has an estimated $200 million in revenue, and TWELVE MINUTES, a day one Xbox Game Pass release that featured a star-studded voice cast including James McAvoy, Daisy Ridley, and Willem Dafoe. Both titles were published by Annapurna Interactive. Lerner's proven ability to craft compelling narratives and immersive worlds will be a cornerstone of the Cat Assassin universe.
Dave Bautista, the acclaimed actor and producer known for his diverse roles in films such as Guardians of the Galaxy, Dune, and Blade Runner 2049, will lend his creative vision and passion to the Cat Assassin universe. Dogbone Entertainment’s involvement underscores a commitment to delivering high-quality, engaging content across all platforms.
Set in a gritty neo-noir world inhabited by anthropomorphized cats of all types, Cat Assassin centers on Hugh, a highly skilled assassin caught between various cartels and power brokers in a dark and twisted city. The franchise promises a unique blend of humor, action, and stealth. Titan1Studios is already well underway with a stealth action video game inspired by the immersive gameplay of Assassin’s Creed (Ubisoft), the tactical espionage of Splinter Cell (Ubisoft), the immersive feline agility of Stray (Annapurna), and the fluid combat of Sifu (Kepler).
This initial game is poised to set the tone for the expansive universe that will soon follow.
