Com2uS Holdings (CEO Chulho Jeong) announced on October 29 that it has launched Doomsday, the first-ever season for its idle RPG, Soul Strike.
The newly introduced Doomsday season takes place in the Conqueror Field and will run for approximately three months, through January 27, 2027. Players can earn Season EXP and Season Souls, then use Season Souls to summon powerful Ultimate Parts through Soul Spheres. Season-exclusive bosses known as the “Apostles of the End” will also appear. As part of the season's storyline, season-exclusive Allies cross dimensions to appear as bosses. Defeating these bosses rewards players with Season Jewels, which offer more powerful effects than existing Jewels. Both season-exclusive Ultimate Parts and Season Jewels provide additional stat bonuses to support character progression.
The Doomsday launch also introduces powerful new Allies, Skills, Relics, and Pets. The new limited-time Ally, Sophia: Ashen, unleashes powerful fire attacks with her lance to deal heavy damage to enemies. The new Skill, Astral Spire, summons crystals from another dimension to attack multiple enemies. Ultimate Pet Crystaquill and the new Relic, Rift Fragment, also help strengthen players' combat power.
A variety of seasonal events will also be held alongside the update. Through the 14-Day Check-In Event, players can obtain the new Ally, Skill, Relic, and Ultimate Pet simply by logging in. A Roadmap Event offering key season currencies and a new Progress Race will also be available. By participating in season content and events, players can earn up to 6,000 season-exclusive Pickup Summon Tickets.
Soul Strike continues to attract players with its fast-paced progression, flashy Skill effects, and character customization through Soul Parts. More details about the update and events can be found through the game's official community.
