Irvine, California – February 23, 2023 Joycity introduces the competition-centric Fair Play System and “Intensive” Big Joe updates for its street basketball game, 3on3 FreeStyle.
The new Fair Play System is designed to keep and create an engaging, challenging, and enjoyably competitive game environment. The Fair Play System uses the exclusive “Fair Play Score” to determine a players’ Fair Play grade. Fair Play Scoring is charted when a player finishes a game with high marks or acquires the coveted MVP. Adversely, the FP Score drops if a player does not actively participate in a game or intentionally quits mid-game. Playing certain match types with higher Fair Play Grades provides an extra reward. If the Fair Play Grade is low, the respective rewards earned will not be as good as those that obtain higher scores. In severe cases, a really low Fair Play Score will limit access to specific game modes such as Ranked Mode.
The two newly added pets, ‘Mini Holstein’ and ‘Mini Bull’, from the February 15th update would be excellent pets to use while enjoying matches and checking out the new Fair Play Grade System. They have buff effects that focus on drive speed, long-distance layup distance, and 3 points shot success. Pets can be acquired from the Kennel feature.
Speaking about “Intense”, 3on3’s Big Joe unlocks his Intensive Prestige with 3 selectable skills which can enhance his defensive ability. If Big Joe is upgraded to unlock Intensive Prestige, an exclusive wrestler-themed outfit will be obtained.
Battle Pass Part 2 is on-going until March 7th. By leveling up the Battle Level, seasonal exclusive ‘Rabbit Suit’ and ‘Fully Charged Drum Backpack’ can be earned. Intensive Big Joe’s newfound strength can be showcased during the Rank 3x3 winter season!
