The Piedmont-based company, founded in 2014 by Cristiano Bilucaglia and Fabio Spallanzani, has invested €1 million in Memorable Games, a Turin-based software house. This strategic partnership brings Memorable Games into the Utilia holding, laying the foundation for a collaboration that aims to reshape both the Italian and international gaming industries.
This investment highlights uBroker's forward-thinking and innovative approach, constantly embracing emerging economic trends through diversification and technological growth. Memorable Games, previously known as MixedBag Srl, was chosen for its innovative spirit. From the augmented reality of Secret Oops! to the recently developed On Your Tail, this Turin-based hub has continually demonstrated its commitment to delivering unique and memorable gaming experiences.
The highly anticipated On Your Tail will launch on Steam on Monday, December 16, accompanied by an official presentation and celebratory event at uBroker’s headquarters in Collegno. The game will also arrive on Nintendo Switch in February 2025, marking another milestone through a collaboration with Nintendo.
Set in the picturesque seaside village of Borgo Marina, On Your Tail follows the adventures of Diana, a university student from Turin seeking the perfect summer vacation. For someone as curious as Diana, this means exploring her surroundings, meeting eccentric locals, enjoying iconic recreational activities, and uncovering Borgo Marina's most intriguing mysteries.
