VANCOUVER, BC, October 19, 2022 — DAVIGO Alpha 3 is now playable on Meta Quest and Quest 2 headsets and features online multiplayer. You can download the Alpha by joining the DAVIGO Patreon campaign at any tier, no subscription required. A free Warrior-only build is available to make it easy for VR players to battle their friends.

Patreon members can now play on Quest with 1 to 4 PC players. Streaming services such as Parsec and Steam Remote Play are no longer necessary as players can connect with others natively in the app.

Other new features include an updated Warrior model, custom map support in online matches, and a new developer map "Sunken City" designed to support roomscale play.

“Online multiplayer support is the last major technical hurdle in our development process. This clears the way to our early-access Steam and Quest launch,” says developer Robert Koch.

Major development features on the horizon include matchmaking and ranking systems, new game modes, and updated art for the game’s characters and environments.

To access Alpha 3, join the DAVIGO Patreon campaign at any tier. Download the Davigo launcher to install the game.

A Patreon membership helps support development and unlocks rewards such as access to exclusive Discord channels, your name in the credits, and Prototype builds of experimental features. If your lifetime donation reaches $25, you will unlock a pre-order of the full game.
