Antwerp, Belgium, July 19, 2022: Shapebreaker is a Tower Defense Deckbuilder developed by solo indie developer Alexander Van den Bulck. The game is now available on Steam in Early Access.

Solo indie developer Alexander Van den Bulck started development on Shapebreaker in december 2021 when he envisioned combining two of his favorites genres: Tower Defense games and roguelike deckbuilders.
The game concept was very positively received by early playtesters. This resulted in the game quickly moving to Itch.io in order to gather more feedback during early development. YouTuber Wanderbots.even covered an early version of the game on his channel.
Gathering feedback was achieved thanks to an active Discord server and in-game feedback feature that helped the developer greatly in improving the game and steering it in the right direction. Early Access is the next step in the developer's plan to increase reach and gather more feedback for further development of the game.
