London, UK, June 11, 2023: Payload Studios, is proud to announce TerraTech Worlds, a thrilling new open-world, PvE survival craft game set on distant alien planets. As a freelance Prospector, you’ll build, explore and craft to harness the power of these uncharted worlds. Play solo or via online co-op with up to 4 friends and get ready to discover untold wonders, conquer natural hazards, establish epic bases and battle enemies as you build your way to victory!
TerraTech Worlds is developed by Payload Studios, the team behind TerraTech (91% user rating on Steam with over 1 million players worldwide, across PC and console) but is not a sequel to TerraTech. Studio founder, Russ Clarke, explains more:

In today's announcement the studio revealed an exclusive first look at TerraTech Worlds. The trailer showcases the game’s brand new engine, built in UE5, with 100% in-game capture, highlighting the scope and scale of the environments, showing off multiple biomes, vehicle and base building, terrain deformation, combat and of course, cooperative multiplayer gameplay!
TerraTech Worlds Key Features:
BUILD: Create and customize any vehicle or structure you can imagine using an intuitive modular building system. Add new Blocks to your ever-expanding collection and unlock more building opportunities. Design, construct and continually upgrade your Techs and bases to overcome the challenges of the harsh wilderness in your own unique style.
EXPLORE: Forge your path across uncharted worlds and discover untold wonders. Venture deep into strange forests, soar high above treacherous terrain and traverse rivers and oceans. Explore unique environments, gather valuable resources and overcome natural hazards as you roam alien landscapes.
EXPLOIT: Expand your reach over land, air and sea by terraforming hostile planets and harvesting their precious resources. Mine, transport and process raw materials to craft infrastructure and outposts to establish your foothold, then expand, upgrade and protect your bases to dominate planet after planet.
BATTLE: Fight off enemy bandits that threaten your claim on the new frontier. Choose from a wide variety of weapons to equip your Techs for each battle. Enter into tactical combat to protect your territory, build defences to secure your hard-earned resources, or join forces with your teammates to raid enemy bases and reap the rewards.
CO-OP PvE: For the best chance of survival on lawless alien planets, it pays to build, explore and battle together. Choose your character and define your role as part of a team of up to four independent Prospectors. Battle side-by-side to take down the toughest of enemies and work as one to raise complex automated bases.
