Following more than 60,000 wishlists and a smash performance at Steam Next Fest, Meadgard has flung open its doors, welcoming all eager Vikings to get swinging swords and slinging suds.

You’ve been granted an audience with the pantheon patriarch himself, the mighty Odin, and he has a job for you and your companions; keep the locals fed and watered. Those legendary banquets promised to worthy warriors don’t just make themselves, after all.
Valhalla has seen better days, the supplies are running low, and the rumble of barbarian bellies is rising. By ladle, axe, and suitably hefty ham hock, you and your raiding party will thwack and thunk your way through the scores of mythological beasties that jealously guard your much-needed ingredients.
Make like Hermóðr and race back to the tavern with as much as you can stuff into your packs, and set about whipping up a fantastical feast. Decide on your roles, from manic maître d' to shambolic chef, and do what you can to stay on top of your honored guests’ increasingly ludicrous demands.
Satisfy your customers’ needs for long enough, and one of Odin’s own godly relatives will make an appearance. Treat them with due reverence, and you might end the night without having to scrub lightning scorch marks out of the carpet.

Across the playtests and demo, player input has proven crucial in shaping Meadgard into the best game it can be. Launching into Early Access provides players more agency to impact Meadgard’s development across a longer period, providing feedback directly to the Oddiko team.
