AMERICAN ARCADIA ANNOUNCES IT’S COMING TO CONSOLES ON MAY 15TH

Welcome to Arcadia! A 70’s retro-futuristic metropolis where all its citizens enjoy a life of luxury and comfort. But what its blissful citizens are oblivious to is the fact that they’re being broadcast live 24/7 to millions of spectators in their homes! Arcadia is not an ordinary city, but the most watched reality TV show on the planet - where a drop in popularity ratings comes at the highest cost: death.

This spells doom for Trevor Hills, an average man with an uninteresting life whose daily routine gets interrupted when he suddenly discovers that his life is not what it seems. Trevor’s only hope to survive is a mysterious voice guiding him through American Arcadia's backstage. Behind this voice is Ángela Solano, an engineer that works at American Arcadia and is determined to help him escape. Using her technical prowess and wits, she will manipulate the world around Trevor, clearing the path to his freedom.

Out of the Blue was founded in 2019 by Tatiana Delgado and Manuel Fernández-Truchaud. The studio is composed of veteran game developers based in Spain and Greece. They have individually worked on titles like Red Matter, Deadlight, GYLT or RiME. Sharing a collective vision that brought them together, their mission is to create engaging stories with vivid environments, drawing the player in and enabling them to explore the world around them with a sense of wonder.
