Brisbane, Australia - September 22, 2026 - Independent Australian developer Emberlane Games announced their physics score-attack game, Launch Hazard today. The Steam page is live now and the game launches in December 2026.
Launch Hazard is a third-person physics score-attack game. Aim and launch a rocket-powered ragdoll, steer through the air, and slam into targets to score points. Fire again after a hard impact to keep your chain alive. Crashes drive the action: hard hits refill momentum, giving you another shot to redirect the ragdoll and grow your multiplier. Scores and completed objectives persist across runs, so each attempt is a chance to find a better route through the map. Compete with your friends, or on the global leaderboard!

About Emberlane Games
Andrew Dowsett founded Emberlane Games in August 2026 with a clear idea for how a small studio could work: one game designer, two developers, and one person handling marketing and PR, making small games in parallel. From the start, Emberlane Games has been run as a collective, with everyone involved in decisions and an open view of how the business operates within the team. Its goal is to turn that way of working into a steady rhythm of small game releases. While the individuals have released games separately, Launch Hazard will be the first release as Emberlane Games.
