Hamburg, Germany - July 16, 2026 - Wild Woods is now 67% off on Steam, making this the perfect time to gather a crew and head into the woods. The sale follows a new update released earlier this week by developer Octofox Games and publisher Daedalic Entertainment, introducing the Guardian, a new tank-support hybrid role.
With the Guardian joining the existing Fighter, Healer and Ranger roles, all four players in a co-op party can now take on a distinct role and contribute their own strengths to the team.
Wild Woods sends up to four brave little Kittens on a dangerous journey through the forest. By day, they gather resources and improve their wagon; by night, they defend it against waves of woodland bandits.

Wild Woods is currently available in Early Access on Steam, with console versions planned for PlayStation 5 and Xbox X|S and Nintendo Switch 2.
