Today, the small indie team is excited to share the latest game developments, including a feature‑rich demo update, two new character spotlight trailers, and refreshed key art now live on Steam.
Demo Update is Now Live and includes:
- A new in‑game Gallery and Encyclopedia
- Localization improvements
- Minor UI polish
- Various bug fixes
- Adjustments to text boxes and font sizes across multiple languages
- Steam Achievements integrated
The demo update adds a fully featured Gallery Mode that includes Character Art, Story Scenes, and Background Art albums, all of which contain dozens of entries that unlock individually as players progress through the game. The update also adds the in‑game Encyclopedia, which contains a rich collection of world‑building lore and character information that expands as players advance through the story.

New Character Trailers: Meet Frederick and Diomedes
Accompanying the demo update, the team has released two new character‑spotlight trailers featuring main protagonists Frederick Marcus and Diomedes Morgan. Both characters appear in the demo, and these trailers mark the first entries in a planned series of character‑focused features leading up to the game’s full release later this year.

Updated Game Key Art
The team has also refreshed the game’s Steam page with new key art that better reflects the tone, world, and central cast of Utopia: Birth of the Heroes.
The updated artwork offers a more dynamic first impression of the story and its protagonists, and will serve as a core visual pillar for the game’s marketing as the team marches on toward Early Access.
