TOKYO; July 31, 2026: Thirdverse Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Nakano-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Masaru Ohnogi; "Thirdverse") today released Mayhem Dash: Sky City with Sanrio® Characters, a social VR racing game developed under a character license from Sanrio Company, Ltd.
Built on feedback from players around the world gathered throughout the Early Access period of Hello Kitty Skyland, the game has been completely reimagined with all-new gameplay, a new world, and a new brand. Set in Sky City, a neon-lit metropolis floating in the sky, players race against rivals from across the globe, connect with friends, and take on the racing festival with their own custom avatars.
Alongside today's launch, the game's first ranked season, "Founder Season," is now underway. Throughout the season, players compete for rank points to earn exclusive Founder rewards and titles.

Mayhem Dash: Sky City with Sanrio Characters is a free-to-play social VR racing game set in Sky City, a city floating in the sky. Up to 10 players race together, using a wide variety of items and drift techniques in heated races where positions can flip right up to the finish line.
■ Reborn Through Player Feedback
During Early Access, the racing mode "Sky Dash" earned by far the strongest support from players. In response, the brand, visuals, and game experience were redesigned from the ground up, evolving the title into Mayhem Dash, a live-service game built around long-term competition and community.
