Can you survive the haunted wastelands of The Dead Await?
In the aftermath of a catastrophic zombie apocalypse, the world lies in ruins, humanity is thrust into an era of chaos and despair. Danger lurks around every corner, and hope becomes a scarce commodity. As the leader of a resilient caravan of survivalists, players embark on a treacherous journey through the remnants of civilization, navigating through hordes of the undead and confronting the unpredictable nature of human survivors.
‘The Dead Await’ seamlessly blends deck-building mechanics with open-world exploration, strategic decision-making, and narrative-driven gameplay. Players will need to scavenge resources, recruit survivors, manage their team's sanity, and construct a caravan stronghold, fortifying it against both the ravenous zombie hordes and the unpredictable actions of rival human factions.
Players will need to build their team and survive using sophisticated card-based combat. As they journey, they will have the opportunity to build up their deck, assembling a team that ranges from rag-tag survivors to seasoned veterans, each with incredibly rare cards at their disposal. They must strategize wisely to overcome challenges and outmaneuver threats in this unforgiving landscape.
The world is a haunting wasteland, rife with darkened ruins, desolate landscapes, and lurking dangers. As players venture forth, they encounter diverse environments, each presenting unique challenges and opportunities. From abandoned cities to new settlements, every location holds valuable resources, hidden secrets, and perilous encounters.
