Terminus: Zombie Survivors 1.1 NPC Update Now Live

February 12, 2025 — Daejeon, South Korea — Longplay Studios is excited to announce the launch of the 1.1 NPC Update for Terminus: Zombie Survivors, the turn-based roguelike that challenges players to survive a zombie apocalypse through strategy, resource management, and tactical combat. This is the first major update since the game’s 1.0 release and introduces new features that further enrich the survival experience.
 

With the 1.1 update, players will encounter a greater variety of human characters who each bring new twists to the apocalyptic landscape. Hostile survivors such as bandits and pickpockets pose fresh dangers, while starving elders can be aided with food or clothing for a morale boost. These encounters add layers of risk and reward to every run, ensuring that each decision carries consequences.


Combat now reaches beyond battles with the undead, allowing direct fights with survivor NPCs and fortified houses containing valuable loot—though these confrontations can be a significant test of skill. A newly enhanced companion AI system also lets allies handle movement, scavenging, crafting, and combat autonomously, freeing players to focus on broader strategy.


Version 1.1 adds additional gameplay and interface enhancements, including distinct weapon attack types, periodic NPC respawns to keep the world dynamic, and expanded sandbox options that let players fine-tune the frequency of new survivor spawns.
