No one knows where the Red Fog came from. It swallowed most of the world, and now it comes and goes like the tide, bringing monsters with it. Those who walk into it rarely come back, and the ones who do are never quite the same.
When the Fog seals the gates of Rusty Eden, a trading town crowded with rival factions, everyone inside is trapped together: raiders, cultists, mercenaries, preachers and couriers, each of them wanting the town for themselves. Townsfolk pretend everything’s fine, rumors spread, and someone is already looking for a person to blame. To survive, you’ll need to find work, decide who to trust, and uncover what the Fog really is.
About Silent Horizon
- Post-apocalypse meets dark western and weird fiction: a gritty, brutal frontier collides with a mystery that never shows itself all at once.
- Choices with consequences: faction reputation and personal relationships change how people treat you, what they offer you, and how the story unfolds.
- The Red Fog as a living threat: the Fog shifts conversations, changes places, and alters events as its strength rises and falls.
- Turn-based combat shaped by the Fog: fight alongside a companion, while the Fog can twist any battle in your favor or against you.
- Mind your sanity: health isn’t the only thing you can lose out here.
