LOS ANGELES - AUGUST 1, 2025 - Netmarble, a leading developer and publisher of high-quality games, has launched a new update for its action game Solo Leveling: ARISE, bringing fresh content and enhancements. This update introduces a new Hunter, story contents, and various improvements for players to experience.
The update welcomes a new wind-type SSR Mage, Sung Jinah, to the roster of playable hunters. Wielding her exclusive weapon, “Blue Monsoon,” she performs a fierce stab, expelling air from the tip of her spear to create a shockwave that deals additional damage. Her ultimate skill, “Stormwind Serenade,” clears gloomy weather by swinging her umbrella and summoning a devastating typhoon. In addition to Sung Jinah’s arrival, new costumes are now available for both Sung Jinah and Seorin. A new Job Change costume for Sung Jinwoo called “Reminders of Silence” has also been added.
Players can now explore newly added Chapter 26 through Chapter 29 of the Main Story where they can experience the intense battle against the Architect at the Cartenon Temple. Sung Jinwoo’s new Job Change class, “Monarch of Shadows: Code Breaker,” is now available as well. Additional updates include expanded max level caps and increased Activity Funds limits.
A new growth system called “Amplification System” has been introduced as part of this update. This new system allows further enhancements of Transcendent rank Skill Runes and Blessing Stones. Amplifying a Skill Rune increases final damage, while amplifying a Blessing Stone provides additional Attack, Defense, and HP that gives players more options for strategic customization.
Players can also take on “The Architect’s Trial,” a brand-new challenge mode that replaces the previous Battlefield of Trials Challenge. Featuring fearsome boss monsters, this mode offers greater rewards at higher difficulty levels. Additionally, “Eternal Condemnation,” the Hard Mode of Power of Destruction, is now available.
Solo Leveling: ARISE is an action game adaptation of the hit webtoon, Solo Leveling. Taking on the role of Jinwoo, players can experience his journey through the beloved webtoon tale firsthand, leveling up, taking on dynamic battles, and creating their own combat styles by selecting various combinations of skills and weapons. Not only can players team up with hunters from the webtoon, they can summon their own “Army of Shadows” with the iconic phrase: “Arise.”
