ATLANTA (August 19, 2025) — Now in its 19th year, the world’s most successful game development and esports college fair is teaming up with the world's leading gaming lifestyle festival for an unparalleled treat – no trick! The Southern Interactive Entertainment and Game Expo (www.siegecon.net) is collaborating with DreamHack Atlanta, part of ESL FACEIT Group, to introduce high school students to opportunities with game development, technology, art, esports and more. The festival is slated to attract tens of thousands of people in Atlanta from October 31-Nov. 2 at the Georgia World Congress Center as guests explore everything gaming under one roof.
“DreamHack has become the leading gaming festival not only for gamers all over the world, but also game creators and educators. Bringing our long-running college fair to DreamHack Atlanta 2025 is a great opportunity for high schools all around the state. SIEGE is able to add its renowned educational panels and indie game developers to what is already one of the best student experiences,” SIEGE Conference Director Andrew Greenberg said.
SIEGE is the “center of gravity” for networking and knowledge exchange among video game industry professionals and students in the Southeast, said Greenberg. Since 2007, SIEGE features leading figures from across the industry and has hosted panels reflecting the wide spectrum of the game production industry, including artists, programmers, designers, investors, writers, teachers and business executives.
DreamHack is a festival where all gaming communities come together from Oct 31 - Nov 2, 2025 to celebrate video games, esports, cosplay, games and internet pop culture, and more. Across esports tournaments, cosplay competitions, the Artist Alley, the Indie Playground, expo space, creator guests, and its world-famous Bring-Your-Own-Computer (BYOC) LAN party, DreamHack Atlanta 2025 is a hub for gamers of all kinds.
“We’re thrilled to welcome the SIEGE College Fair back to DreamHack Atlanta,” said Shahin Zarrabi, VP Festivals at ESL FACEIT Group. “DreamHack has always been about creating spaces where gaming, creativity, and community intersect, and this partnership gives students a chance to see first-hand how their passion can become a career. From esports to game design, art to coding, the opportunities are endless—and we can’t wait to inspire the next generation of creators right here in Atlanta.”
