Ragnarok M: Classic Global Begins Closed Beta Test

Shanghai, China — August 1, 2025 | Gravity Interactive has officially launched the Closed Beta Test (CBT) for Ragnarok M: Classic Global, marking a major milestone for fans of classic MMORPGs. As of August 1, 11am UTC, players across Android, iOS, and PC can step into Rune Midgard and experience the most accessible, grind-free, and fair version of Ragnarok Online ever released.

This is the first time Ragnarok M: Classic (ROMC) will be available globally, beyond Southeast Asia, with full support for players in North America and Europe - offering lower latency, greater accessibility, and a return to the game’s original spirit.

CBT Now Live: Limited Time, Limited Slots

The CBT runs from August 1 to August 28, 2025, with a capped number of testers (10,000 iOS slots). All progress will be wiped after CBT ends, but players who top up during the test will receive Zeny rebates to their production accounts at launch, at bonus rates.

How to Join the CBT

For iOS users:

  1. Install TestFlight from the App Store and complete setup
  2. Open the application link in Safari
  3. Tap [View in TestFlight] and confirm download

For Android users:

  1. Search Ragnarok M: Classic on Google Play
  2. Pre-register and wait for approval from Google Play

For PC users:

  1. Download the game from the official website
  2. Or access the client via the #Global-official-links channel in Discord
