Munich, Germany — June 23rd 2026 — Salmi Games, the creators of Sweet Surrender, today announced DRIFTERS: Blackout Crew, a co-op VR extraction shooter coming to Meta Quest and SteamVR.
Stranded in deep space and running on emergency power, your crew survives on what it can steal. Players will need to coordinate under pressure, manage chaotic fights, recover valuable loot, and make it back alive to turn each successful extraction into long-term progress.

DRIFTERS: Blackout Crew builds on Salmi Games’ track record with Sweet Surrender, the studio’s VR roguelite shooter that received years of major updates shaped by community feedback. The team plans to take the same long-term approach with DRIFTERS, inviting players into private playtests and using community feedback to help shape the game ahead of release and beyond.
