Cut The Grass is taking part in Steam Next Fest, and players can now download and try the free Demo on Steam.
Players work together to mow grass, gather resources, and prepare defenses before night falls. At night dangerous creatures emerge from the shadows.
The demo showcases the game’s core loop of teamwork, strategy, and fast-paced action, giving players a taste of what’s to come in the full release.

To celebrate the demo’s launch, the development team is hosting a community contest:
Who Can Survive the Longest in Cut The Grass Demo?
Players can join with up to three friends and compete to survive as many in-game days as possible. After each run, teams can submit screenshots of their results on Baked Games Discord for a chance to win Steam Gift Cards and free game keys.
The top three teams with the highest day count will be crowned the ultimate grass-cutting champions!
🕹️ How to Join the Contest
1️⃣ Download the Cut The Grass Demo on Steam.
2️⃣ Play in a team of up to four players and survive as many days as you can.
3️⃣ Take a screenshot of your main menu score and your team in the game.
4️⃣ Submit both screenshots in the #cut-the-grass-contest channel on Discord, along with your Steam profile link.
