Global game company HAEGIN (CEO Lee Young-il) announced on the 15th that its mobile casual
social networking game, Play Together, will receive the Sweet Halloween update, featuring the
opening of a dessert café for ghosts.
Planned to celebrate the Halloween season, the update's story begins on the Night of the Red
Moon, when Bloody, the pâtissier, finds herself in a difficult situation after running short of
ingredients while preparing for an upcoming dessert party for ghosts.
Various Sweet Fish, including Whipped Cream Octopuses and Mint Starfish, which have been
infused with the energy of the red moon, have started appearing in the waters surrounding Kaia
Island. Players can catch these fish, which serve as dessert ingredients, and work alongside Bloody
to prepare desserts for a special Halloween party that will satisfy the ghosts.
During the event period, players can also obtain Ghost Macarons, an exclusive event currency,
through various Halloween events, including the Spooky Attendance, Ghost Dessert Order
missions, and Bloody's Recipe Book missions. Players can spend the Ghost Macarons they earn in-
game to craft Halloween items at the special event zone workshop. They can also participate in
the Trick or Treat! minigame event to obtain a variety of Halloween-themed rewards, including
costumes, vehicles, and furniture.
In addition, Play Together is introducing new BT21 digital items featuring the cozy and playful
Fluffy Halloween concept, including Fluffy Monster Costumes, Fluffy Monster Keyrings, Halloween
T-shirts, and hats. During the event period, the LINE FRIENDS Virtual Store located in the Plaza
will also receive a Halloween-themed makeover, allowing players to enjoy an even more festive
Halloween atmosphere.
