POGO Stadium Now Available on Nintendo Switch™

Rhythmic Territory Battles Leap from Steam to Switch

KYOTO, Japan – September 4, 2025 – Indie developer Kyoto Entertainment Works Inc. and publisher ruff Co. Ltd. are thrilled to announce the launch of POGO Stadium for Nintendo Switch™ 2 / Nintendo Switch™, available today via digital download.

Following its successful Early Access debut on Steam, POGO Stadium brings its rhythm-driven territory battles to a new audience. To celebrate the Nintendo Switch release, both the Steam and Nintendo Switch versions will be available at a special launch discount for a limited time. See regional details below.

POGO Stadium reimagines the classic board control of Go as a fast-paced pogo-stick rhythm battler. Players hop through a neon-lit future city as animal athletes, cutting off enemy zones and expanding their own territory in real time.

Featuring a local Battle Mode for up to four players, a Solo Mode that tests both strategy and action skills, a wide variety of characters and customization options, and achievement challenges for completionists - POGO Stadium is packed with diverse content.

    Up to four players can clash across 100+ handcrafted battle stages, each with distinct rules and gimmicks. Timing, movement, and mind games decide the outcome.

    Conquer 45 stages across 9 themed zones. Each level introduces new strategic and reflex-based challenges.


     

  • Rhythm Meets Strategy

    Drop blocks, slice connections, and expand your domain in sync with the beat. Feel the rush as sound and movement fuse.
     

  • Original Soundtrack by Shinobu Amayake

    Veteran composer Shinobu Amayake, known for Nintendo classics such as Stunt Race FX, Wario’s Woods, and Pokémon Ranger, delivers a high-energy soundtrack that drives the action.
     

  • Effector System

    Equip special abilities that can push opponents, erase footholds, and shift the momentum. Customize your loadout for tactical variety.


     

  • Characters & Customization

    Six unique animal competitors, each with expressive animations and emotes. Unlock skins and pogo-gear through gameplay achievements.
