Guangzhou - June 18, 2026 - NetEase Games today launched the Final Console Open Beta for Once Human, its new weird supernatural open-world survival game, on XBOX Series X|S and PlayStation®5. Players worldwide can dive into the Stardust-infected apocalypse now through July 9th (in Europe/UK), choosing from five in-game scenarios designed for both PvE and PvP playstyles. XBOX and PlayStation players share unified console servers and can team up seamlessly - though cross-play with PC and mobile is not supported yet during this test.
Experience the Supernatural Apocalypse on the Big Screen
Once Human drops players into a Stardust-ravaged open world where reality itself has come undone. As a Meta-Human, you'll explore a vast apocalypse haunted by eerie walking buses stalking the desolate plains and mutated, whale-like aircraft drifting through a shattered sky. Build and defend your territory, capture Deviants to run your base and fight by your side, and harness Mutagens to push your own evolution beyond human limits.
How to Join (Limited Spots Available)
The Open Beta is available globally across North America, South America, Europe, Japan, South Korea, Southeast Asia, and Hong Kong/Macao/Taiwan regions. Spaces are limited and distributed on a first-come, first-served basis.

XBOX Series X|S: Open the XBOX Insider Hub app, navigate to "Previews," search for "Once Human," select "Join," and proceed to the store page to install.

To thank players for participating in this final test, exclusive rewards earned during the beta will permanently carry over to the official game launch.
