ILHAM is taking part in its first Steam Next Fest, featuring a playable demo of its upcoming action survival game inspired by Middle Eastern folklore.
The demo gives players an early look at the game’s world, systems, and tone ahead of its Early Access release later this month. The team is using the event to observe player behavior and estimate key metrics before launch.
“Steam Next Fest has already proven to be a great opportunity to connect with more players,” said the ILHAM team. “By observing engagement and estimating key metrics, we’ve been able to better understand player interest ahead of Early Access. Our view-to-wishlist conversion has increased to about 10%, while the un-wishlist rate has dropped by 50%.”
So far, the response has been strong, the game has received over 250+ wishlists in just two days, compared with an average of 15 per day before the event. The team is tracking these numbers closely to better anticipate player engagement and early adoption patterns.
The demo is available now on Steam throughout Steam Next Fest.
