Croatian indie studio Chunky Pixel Games is releasing the first public demo of their debut title Buckle Up! today, May 26, on PC via Steam. The demo will be featured in the upcoming Steam Next Fest, giving players a chance to jump into the chaotic, fast-paced party shooter ahead of its full release, which is planned for Q3 2025.
A new demo trailer is available now, showing off the game’s rotating minigames, upgrade system, and dynamic multiplayer maps.

Buckle Up! is a 2–6 player online party shooter where players compete in a rapid series of objective-based minigames. Each match takes place across one of several distinct maps such as metros, skyscrapers, and other themed environments with more locations planned for the full release.
Gameplay includes a mix of casual and competitive minigames, ranging from games like hot-potato to all-out combat. Players earn points by completing objectives, and whoever has the highest score at the end wins the match.
Throughout the game, players can collect upgrades in real time either weapon attachments that modify stats like fire rate or damage, or powerful special weapons that introduce new strategies and chaos into the mix.
Players can host private matches with friends or jump into public lobbies to battle with others online. The game also features a character customization system, where players can personalize their look with a wide variety of hats, masks, and other cosmetic gear.
