Linkito will be released on Steam this Summer

A puzzle-solving adventure connecting machines and minds

Paris, France - March 21st: Playdigous Originals is happy to announce that Linkito, developed by Kimeria Games, is scheduled for a release this Summer on PC via Steam. The game offers players a satisfying puzzle-solving experience where every move depends on the ability to connect blocks and understand intricate electrical mechanisms. The game also got a new gameplay trailer that was broadcasted during the Future Games Show.

In Linkito, players enrol as engineers in Albatross Technologies, using their logic to climb the corporate ladder and their electrical knowledge to rebel against the machine. They have to defeat the plans of a totalitarian company-state one puzzle at a time to regain freedom. They start by repairing basic electronic devices, but as the story unfolds, they face more complex systems like breaking secret codes, controlling robots or diffusing bombs. Players can also build their solutions through open puzzles, using what they learnt from previous challenges and the trial-and-error gameplay

The game’s intuitive level editor allows the creation and publication of custom puzzles online, fostering a community where creations can be shared and played via an in-game browser. With open puzzles and a built-in level editor, creativity is encouraged, and mind-bending challenges can be shared with players worldwide.

The game integrates other systems, enabling connections to Twitch for interactive gameplay, participation in Streamer vs Viewers campaigns, and synchronisation of lighting effects with smart light bulbs. Moreover, Linkito allows players to control DIY electronic devices, offering immersive and tangible experiences that extend beyond the screen.

Linkito’s demo will be playable during PAX East in Boston from March 21 to 24, and is already available on Steam
