This latest update adds a number of new features including a housing market, staircases, curtains, improved visuals and many bug fixes. To celebrate the Free Build update, Landlord’s Super is currently 20% off on Steam. There’s no better time to see what the fuss is about.

The Landlord’s Super Free Build Update includes:
- Build from the ground up – players can now design and build all aspects of their properties. (It really is brick by brick!)
- Staircases & additional floors
- A new housing market – players can sell their creations, buy other players creations, and use the housing marketplace to work on other players properties
- Hot bar – better interaction options for certain building supplies
- New windows & doors
- Improved visuals
- Curtains - available both open and closed
- Balance & quality of life changes – including revamped roofing, balanced energy for longer workdays, increased rental & sell prices, properties now susceptible to price inflation

Since entering Early Access in 2020, Landlord’s Super has been consistently updated with a huge number of new features including painting, wallpapering, flooring, carpeting, new jobs at the redesigned job centre, a tool shed, scrap dealing, cassette tapes, smoking and more.
